You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:
- Has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Includes all original tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
- Is free from perfume, makeup marks, stains, or any signs of use.
Exchange requests are subject to product and size availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or pay the price difference.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain personal accessories cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team promptly and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:
- Is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Has all original tags and packaging attached.
- Is returned with the order number or proof of purchase.
- Shows no signs of damage, alteration, stains, perfume, or makeup.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Sale items may be subject to special return conditions. Earrings and hygiene-sensitive products cannot normally be returned unless they are defective.
